Billing Policy

  • Premium Services:
    • 9ja Living offers premium services to help promote your listings and attract more users.
    • Available premium services include Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo packages.
    • Boost Plans will elevate your listings above free listings, making them more visible across different sections, pages, or regions.
    • Top Ads are displayed in a dedicated block above standard listings.
    • Detailed information about the duration, pricing, payment methods, and other conditions of premium services can be found on our website.
  • Ordering Premium Services:
    • To order premium services, visit our website or select a preferred service while creating a listing. If using a mobile app, visit the “Premium Services” section in your profile.
    • Upon ordering, you’ll have various payment methods to choose from. If paying by card, bank transfer, or eWallet, you’ll be redirected to a secure payment processor. If opting for cash, payment details will be provided for bank branch payment.
  • Changes and Refunds:
    • 9ja Living reserves the right to modify the features, types, fees, and payment methods for premium services at any time.
    • Unless required by law, fees paid for premium services are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued if your listing is removed for violating our Terms of Use or if you deactivate it.
  • Service Validity:
    • The Top Ads Promo package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If unused within this period, no refund, compensation, or replacement will be provided.
    • Premium services are not subscription-based and must be renewed manually as needed.
  • No Guarantees:
    • 9ja Living does not guarantee specific results from premium services and will not be liable if they do not meet your expectations.

Credits

  • Purchasing and Using Credits:
    • You can purchase credits on the platform, which can be used exclusively for premium services. Each Credit equals 1 Nigerian Naira.
    • Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits after this period will expire without the possibility of a refund, compensation, or replacement.
  • Credit Restrictions:
    • Purchased Credits have no monetary value, do not constitute actual currency, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
    • You may not buy or sell Credits or accounts for money or exchange them for other forms of value except as provided by 9ja Living.
  • Credit Forfeiture:
    • Credits may be forfeited without prior notice if:
      • Your account is inactive for one year.
      • You fail to comply with the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
      • Fraud or misuse of Credits or the service is suspected.
      • Any other unlawful activity is associated with your account.
      • We need to protect the service, users, or our reputation.
    • No compensation will be provided for unused Credits if your account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
